This is a hybrid course consisting of 5 days of in-person training and 3 days of online training.
GREAT to MAGNUS Public Safety Coach Certification Program is the only ICF-accredited program designed for public safety officials. Completing the course and required mentoring sessions results in the ACC (Associate Coach Certified) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
The Coach program is for anyone in public safety at any rank or position aspiring to improve themselves, others, or their organization. It is a comprehensive program focusing on wellness, workplace, leadership, and executive development. It includes a two-day EQi Coach Certification and provides a deep understanding of emotional intelligence. The coach certification emphasizes the core competencies of coaching fundamentals and the Fearless Leaders mindful coach approach, helping people realize what they can do by focusing on Courage, Resilience, Consciousness, and Mindset.
Professional coaches with extensive public safety backgrounds and real coaching experience lead this blended learning program. Throughout the program, comprehensive hands-on training and practice will occur. Graduates receive additional resources and optional support.
