On March 22, 2017 in the metropolitan area of Marathon County, Wisconsin, a lone gunman entered a bank and a law firm shooting employees of each. He then returned home to his apartment complex and engaged police with gunfire. This presentation will cover details of the incident and the negotiations that were employed.

Nou Kong - Bio

Nou Kong has been a Telecommunications Officer with the Marathon County Sheriff's Office since 2007 and has been a member of the Marathon County Crisis Negotiations Team since 2009. Since then, she completed three levels of negotiations trainings, one being with the FBI and two with Crisis System Management.
