This one-day, eight-hour seminar is an instructional overview of emergency operations center; command post and tactical operations center functions, structure, and operations. Command decision-making through a proven system that streamlines the flow of direction and information will be a central focus of this course.

Ralph McDuffie - Bio
Ralph McDuffie is currently assigned to the Emergency Management Bureau of the Lake County Sheriff's Office in Florida. He serves as the agency's Emergency Management Coordinator and County Emergency Operations Center Operations Section Chief, as well as the commander of the SWAT Team. He has been employed by the Sheriff of Lake County since 1994 and assigned to SWAT since 1995. His law enforcement experience dates to 1987 while in the USAF as a Military Working Dog Handler. He has taught many training seminars for the Lake Technical Institute, National Tactical Officers Association,and Florida SWAT Association.
