Det. Justin Marshall of the Broomfield Police Department in Colorado serves in his primary assignment as the department's core persons/major crimes detective. A negotiator since 2018, he also serves as the vice president of the Rocky Mountain Hostage Negotiators, a regional association of crisis/Hostage negotiators from Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and New Mexico. Marshall represents RMHN on the National Council of Negotiators Associations and serves as the Domestic Violence representative to the NTOA Negotiators BASE (Board for Advocacy, Standards, and Excellence). He also has experience as a use-of-force instructor and critical incident response team investigator, and has many other past assignments.
