Lieutenant Mark Martinez
Lieutenant Mark Martinez has been with the Fort Collins (CO) Police Services since 1995. He held the rank of Sergeant from 2011-2022 and was promoted to Lieutenant in June 2022. Lt. Martinez currently supervises Tactical Operations within the Special Operations Division. Tactical Operations includes the following teams SWAT, K9, Regional Bomb team, Drone, and the Special Operations Group. Lt. Martinez has been a part of the department's SWAT Team since 2001 and was a Team Leader from 2011-2025. In May of 2025 he became the SWAT Team Commander. His past supervisory positions were in Patrol, Criminal Impact Unit (Gangs/Fugitives), and full-time SWAT Sergeant (in charge of budget, training, and pre-planned events for the Team 2015-2019). Lt. Martinez has been the Lead Less-Lethal instructor for the department since 1999, when he helped develop the department's Less-Lethal program for Patrol. He is also an instructor for the department in firearms, taser, active shooter, basic-advanced SWAT, and Patrol tactics. Lt. Martinez has been an NTOA instructor in Less-Lethal, basic-advanced SWAT tactics, and active shooter since 2008. He is currently on the NTOA Advisory Board for Less Lethal. Lt. Martinez has an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice.

Bob Wolf began his career with the Colorado Springs (CO) Police Department in 1992. He worked in the Patrol Division and then transferred to the Metro Vice, Narcotics and Intelligence Unit and worked on street level narcotics investigations. In 2000, Bob joined the full-time SWAT Team as an operator and remained there until 2014, when he was promoted to Sergeant. In 2015, he returned as the supervisor of the unit. Bob has extensive tactical experience and has been involved in numerous high-risk operations to include the infamous Planned Parenthood mass shooting. He has instructed firearms, less lethal, driving, patrol response to active shooter, hostage rescue, basic SWAT, and various other topics. Bob has been an instructor with the NTOA since 2007.
